AMANA joins the LucaNet Group

We have exciting news: Our long-standing partner AMANA, the leading software provider for accounting and tax solutions in Europe, is joining the LucaNet Group. The addition of AMANA is now the next step in further deepening the cooperation and expanding its success internationally and thus represents an important milestone in LucaNet's global growth strategy.

LucaNet enters the market for tax software

With AMANA, we have been working successfully in close partnership since 2015 and offer our customers joint solutions, such as the "SmartNotes" and "XBRL-Tagger" tools, which optimally complement LucaNet solutions with extensive functions for business and financial reporting as well as digital transmission.

Also, in the context of ESG reporting, which will occupy many medium-sized companies and corporations in the coming years and decades, we can already offer our customers a simple, fast, and secure solution, which is now being further expanded.

Furthermore, the acquisition marks our entry into the tax software market, in which AMANA has been able to establish a market-leading role as an innovation leader and trusted technical expert, among others, with solutions for income and sales tax for years.

Solutions from both companies complement each other perfectly

"We are very pleased to establish AMANA as a new business unit within the LucaNet Group and to further expand our range of innovative software solutions in this new constellation," says Philipp Stampfuss, one of the four founders and managing directors of AMANA. "Our expertise in financial reporting and tax solutions perfectly complements LucaNet's strength in consolidation, planning and reporting. We have worked closely with LucaNet for many years. AMANA will benefit from the experience, infrastructure and reach of the LucaNet Group. We look forward to the future together.”

Jörg Ringelstein and Thorsten Funke add: "The partnership between LucaNet and AMANA will further strengthen the already globally successful joint solution portfolio with a range of leading tax solutions and, with the planned establishment of a joint „Regulatory Competence Center“, will also lay the technical foundation for future product innovations along the rapidly changing regulatory market environment.

"We warmly welcome AMANA, its employees and shareholders to the LucaNet Group," said Elias Apel, LucaNet Group Board Member and CFO. "The deepening of our partnership creates a new European CPM software champion with a unique product offering for the Office of Finance. Our more than 5,000 joint customers, as well as the many hundreds of new customers each year, can look forward to fully integrated, cross-functional solutions that will make it even easier for them to meet the dynamic challenges of finance in the future."

Together with more than 150 developers and technical experts, AMANA develops specialized, user-friendly and intelligent systems in the areas of taxation, disclosure management, XBRL and leasing. Their software solutions are designed to sustainably automate processes and adapt them to the ever-increasing demands of digitalization.
