AMANA joins the LucaNet Group
We have exciting news: Our long-standing partner AMANA, the leading software provider for accounting and tax solutions in Europe, is joining the LucaNet Group. The addition of AMANA is now the next step in further deepening the cooperation and expanding its success internationally and thus represents an important milestone in LucaNet's global growth strategy.
LucaNet enters the market for tax software
With AMANA, we have been working successfully in close partnership since 2015 and offer our customers joint solutions, such as the "SmartNotes" and "XBRL-Tagger" tools, which optimally complement LucaNet solutions with extensive functions for business and financial reporting as well as digital transmission.
Also, in the context of ESG reporting, which will occupy many medium-sized companies and corporations in the coming years and decades, we can already offer our customers a simple, fast, and secure solution, which is now being further expanded.
Furthermore, the acquisition marks our entry into the tax software market, in which AMANA has been able to establish a market-leading role as an innovation leader and trusted technical expert, among others, with solutions for income and sales tax for years.
