Target group

• This basic training course will give you an initial insight into how the partially automated preparation of consolidated financial statements works in the Lucanet software. You will be able to create consolidated financial statements yourself.
• To take part in this training course, you must already have some experience of using Lucanet or have taken part in our online training course "Consolidation and Financial Planning Fundamentals“.
• The course is suitable for refreshing your basic knowledge and training new employees.

Note: The course is available for use in the Lucanet Learning Space for a maximum duration of 12 months. Once this period is up, you should have worked through all the learning modules, downloaded any learning material you want to keep, and completed the course.

Important note on registration

Before registering, please check which consolidation logic (Consolidation 1 = partially automated; Consolidation 2 = fully automated) is used in your company. For interested parties who have not used Lucanet before, we recommend a training course on fully automated consolidation.
 

Consolidation 1 / partially automated consolidation (= this training)

Consolidation 1 enables wizard-supported debt consolidation, expense and income consolidation and the consolidation of inventories. The consolidation process can be monitored using a report.

Consolidation 2 / Fully automated consolidation (Register for this training here)

Consolidation 2 is an extension of Consolidation 1 and offers new functionalities as well as comprehensive automated consolidation. Various apps enable consolidation and the creation of different reports.

Technical requirements

• Windows-PC or Apple computer with sound card
• Internet connection (a DSL connection is recommended)
• Speakers, headphones or headset
• Microphone and possibly webcam

Course procedure

• We will provide you with preparatory information for the training in our Lucanet Learning Space (you will receive instructions with your booking confirmation)
• The live online training takes place via Microsoft Teams (see: Join a meeting without an account in Microsoft Teams - Microsoft Support)
• You are working with the software version Lucanet 25.1 (Download and installation of the Lucanet.Software Manager).
