Target group

This course is designed for all Lucanet users and interested individuals, regardless of prior experience. No previous knowledge of the software is required. It is ideal for those who are new to Disclosure Management (DM) and want to gain initial — and in some cases deeper — insights into how DM works. The course also suits users who wish to refresh their knowledge, while being aware that many topics may already be familiar. Please note: this course is not a substitute for an individual DM implementation project.

 

Technical requirements

  • Windows PC or Mac with sound capability 
  • Stable internet connection (DSL recommended) 
  • Speaker, earphones, or headset 
  • Microphone (webcam optional)

 

Outside of scope:

  • In general, if a answering or discussing a question will take too much time and it is not a benefit to every participant, the trainer can postpone that part to Q&A session or if needed after the training in an individual call.
  • Checking concrete indiviual topics which are not directly related to this training, like setting up CFP/ESG or Excel flatfile Import with your own or customer data or to your environment.
  • Deep technical guidance, please check that everything is working before the training.
  • No further explanation of CFP or ESG module, in the training, only the import to DM will be shown.
  • No publication of certification questions 

Agenda/content

You navigate through the cockpit to get to know the user interface and create your own report.

  • You learn how to put an Excel table “under the control of DM” and do post adjustments.
  • You create and perform imports (Excel flat file, Lucanet/CFP, ESG) by yourself and map the data afterwards.
  • You experience the additional possibilities in Word and Layout to built a consistent, good looking and intelligent report.
  • You get ideas how to configure your report best and take a look at possible permission concepts.
