Lucanet strengthens global Office of the CFO software leadership with the acquisition of firesys GmbH

Berlin, 29th October 2025 – Lucanet, a leading global provider of Office of the CFO software solutions, announced today the acquisition of firesys GmbH (“firesys”), a specialist in automated reporting on financial and non-financial data based in Germany. 

This acquisition reinforces Lucanet’s commitment to supporting finance and tax teams with enterprise-grade solutions, while extending the benefits of its platform to firesys’s customer base. The acquisition further solidifies Lucanet’s position as a global leader in mission-critical software solutions for finance and tax professionals.
