At Lucanet, we value the opportunity to get to know you better. As part of our recruitment process, we would like to record and transcribe your upcoming job interview using the tool “Bright Hire”. The purpose of this is to ensure a fair, consistent and efficient evaluation of all candidates. To facilitate a focused and thorough discussion, your interview will be recorded and transcribed using our Lucanet Notetaker by BrightHire if you consent. This allows us to fully concentrate on our conversation instead of taking notes. No automated decisionmaking or profiling will take place. The Data processed can be Audio/Video data, transcript of the interview and technical metadata.
This processing is based on your explicit consent under Article 6 (1) a GDPR. If you do not consent, the interview will not be recorded or transcribed, and you can of course participate in the interview without negative affect.
The data will not be passed on to unauthorized third parties and will only be stored for as long as is necessary for the stated purposes and during the ongoing recruitment process. All recording are protected through appropriate technical and organizational measures. Bright Hire acts as data processor and processes the data exclusively on our behalf and according to our instructions under a data processing agreement including EU Standard Contractual Clauses pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR. Our interviews are confidential and privacy is very important to us. You can also ask the interviewer to stop the recording at any time during the interview. You my withdraw your consent at any time with effect for the future by contacting jobs@lucanet.com.
We respect your privacy. If you prefer not to have your interview recorded, you may not give your consent. It’s an absolutely free and voluntary decision that has no effect on your application.
