We developed our ESG strategy based on the materiality assessment findings and strategic objectives.

It is built on three key pillars: Advancing sustainability, attracting and engaging talent and growing responsibly.

We published our first ESG report in 2023 on the year 2022

Serving as a strategic roadmap, illustrating how we integrate ESG principles into our core operations.

Since then, we have been publishing our ESG report annually.

 

In December 2024, we submitted our Science-Based Targets

Marking a significant milestone in our sustainability journey.

Showing our commitment to robust climate action and aligning with scientific standards to effectively reducing greenhouse gas emissions.

 

Our ESG Reporting solution is intrinsically linked to our own holistic ESG approach

Empowering businesses worldwide to monitor and enhance their sustainability performance, turning compliance complexity into clarity.

In 2023, we elected our first Employee Advisory Board

With colleagues from across our different divisions, representing all employees as a sounding board for company initiatives.

They provide feedback and an opportunity to share suggestions and ideas with the goal of supporting employee engagement and input.

Leveraging the potential of AI within the constraints and guidelines of our AI policy

In 2023, we adopted an ethical framework to help employees navigate AI technology responsibly and with integrity.

Employees can leverage AI potential using a variety of AI tools, including OpenAI playground, following the guidelines of the AI policy.

In 2023, we published our first DE&I report

Highlighting the achievements of the past years to advance diversity, equity, and inclusion across all levels of our organization.

Our commitment is reflected in several strategic initiatives, focusing on creating an inclusive workplace, supporting our vision for a fairer, more inclusive society.

Giving back

We offer one paid charity day to each employee, empowering our team to make a meaningful impact.

The time can be used for a cause close to their heart, either by the hour, for a full day, individually, or as a team.

While we continuously evaluate initiatives across all scopes, our primary focus is on scope 3 emissions.

Accounting for 96% of our footprint, it offers the greatest opportunity for impact.

We've partnered externally since 2022 to offset emissions, funding certified carbon projects.

We’re investing in employee wellbeing.

Our initiatives include stress management resources, leadership engagement, dedicated wellbeing days, and external partnerships to offer comprehensive support.
