As new EU regulations approached, including the Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD) and the European Sustainability Reporting Standards (ESRS), the demands increased. "Creating a single Excel file that worked for all companies was time-consuming and far from smooth," said Fink.
The group needed a system that could handle over 800 data points from companies ranging from tourism to public energy providers and meet stringent European compliance requirements.
