Dominik Duchon studied business administration with a focus on controlling, capital market research and financing at the Ludwig Maximilian University of Munich and the University of British Columbia in Canada. After graduation, he worked for a renowned management consultancy in the financial services sector, where he focused on risk management, Basel II and accounting, before moving to LucaNet AG to work as a consultant in 2005. Duchon became sales director in 2008, before becoming a member of the Executive Board in 2010.

Dominik Duchon has been responsible for the Sales, Marketing and Professional Services divisions as CEO since 2022.

Vita

After training as a legal and notary assistant, Elena Aubell studied economics at the Berlin School of Economics and Law. The field of Human Resources (HR) was already a focus for her during her studies.

After completing her studies, she worked in HR from 2005, focusing on talent acquisition, development and retention as well as executive development and advisory. Before starting her work at LucaNet in 2017, she worked at well-known companies such as Rocket Internet SE and Amazon. At LucaNet, she targets the experience she has gained towards the areas of organisational development and strategy consulting as well as change management.

As COO, Elena Aubell is responsible for People, Organization & Culture, Office, Legal, Support & Customer Success and Training & Knowledge Management.

Vita

After graduating with a degree in computer science from the Technical University in Berlin, Alexander Domene has worked on numerous international custom software projects since 2006, focusing on project management. He has applied his expertise in the healthcare, automotive and public sectors, among others. Well-known companies in these sectors were Fraunhofer FOKUS, T-Systems Multimedia Solutions, Capgemini and adesso.

In 2019, he joined LucaNet as Global Head of SD with responsibilities in Software Development, Product Management, Knowledge Management and ETL.

Alexander Domene has been responsible for the Software Development, Product Management, IT and Information Security Management divisions as CTO since 2021.

Vita

After studying business administration in Ingolstadt and Nice (specialising in International Management, Accounting & Controlling), Elias Apel spent ten years working in M&A and corporate finance consulting. In 2018 he took on the responsibility of expanding the international partner business at LucaNet, as well as the development of the international business in existing as well as for new growth markets starting in 2020.

As CFO, Elias Apel is responsible for Finance, International Operations, Business Development and Channel.
