For GESOBAU, the targeted calculation, analysis, and management of the development of specific value drivers is daily business. These value drivers include rents, maintenance, large-scale repairs, revenue reductions, as well as personnel and material costs. The previous system slowed down the redesign of plan items and was not flexible. Long response times and the need for manual data entry posed further obstacles for the planning process. GESOBAU's planning is implemented in a decentralized manner in the various departments.
