Just in time for the summer holidays, LucaNet received a more than satisfactory report from its customers. 98% of the users surveyed awarded an A for LucaNet's support, specialist consultation and software solutions. User friendliness, functionality and value for money particularly stood out here. "We are delighted to receive this kind of recognition", explains Dominik Duchon, member of the Management Board at LucaNet AG. "Especially since our goal from the outset has been to provide user-friendly software at a high professional level and at a reasonable price. And if customer opinion is anything to go by, we have succeeded in doing this." This is undoubtedly also why 80% of users stated that they had already recommended LucaNet products. While LucaNet's success has been considerable, it also involves a great amount of responsibility towards customers. Even though the number of staff employed at LucaNet recently exceeded the 100 mark, highly qualified consultants and software developers continue to be searched for so that the company can keep guaranteeing user satisfaction.
