For GESOBAU, the targeted calculation, analysis, and management of the development of specific value drivers is daily business. These value drivers include rents, maintenance, large-scale repairs, revenue reductions, as well as personnel and material costs. The previous system slowed down the redesign of plan items and was not flexible. Long response times and the need for manual data entry posed further obstacles for the planning process. On top of this, the functionalities no longer reflected the changes in demand. The planning data needed to be recorded efficiently and flexibly at the level of the residential unit, with changes to the planning basis also occurring simultaneously. GESOBAU's planning is implemented in a decentralized manner in the various departments. The planning figures are then collected centrally by Controlling, entered and processed in LucaNet to create a meaningful overall plan, where particular focus is placed on sales and profit, balance sheet, and cash flow planning. GESOBAU plans its value drivers at cost center, business unit, and profit center level.
