German Commercial Code
The German Commercial Code is the main component of commercial law in Germany. For businesspeople, the German Civil Code plays only a supporting role to the Commercial Code. The Commercial Code contains regulations for partnerships, corporations and silent partnerships. For corporations, the Commercial Code regulates the form of their statements and reports.
